Since 1930, the law firm of Evashavik & Evashavik has provided valuable guidance and legal services to its clients. The attorney members of the law firm include Gerry Evashavik and his three children, Gregory, Susan and Nicholas. All of the attorneys are graduates of The Dickinson School of Law.
The law firm concentrates in a number of different areas of practice. A large focus of the firm's business is concentrated in the area of civil trial work including personal injury litigation. All members of the firm are trial attorneys and have achieved numerous successful jury verdicts at trial. The attorneys have experience in many areas of litigation including automobile collisions, defective products, truck accidents, medical malpractice, contract disputes, employment discrimination and workers compensation, in addition to others. The law firm handles all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis meaning that there is no attorney fee whatsoever owed by the client unless and until the law firm is able to successfully achieve a favorable settlement or trial verdict. The client may be responsible for certain expenses only.
The attorney members of the firm also provides legal services in numerous other areas.
Gerry Evashavik has provided legal services to his clients for over forty five years in specialized areas including small business/corporate, wills, estate planning and administration, real estate, municipal and school law, and general law.
Greg Evashavik focuses primarily on civil trial work in numerous areas, including personal, contract disputes and construction cases, among other types of lawsuits. He also works on wills and estates, real estate, municipal and school law, and contract negotiations.
Nick Evashavik performs legal services for his clients in the areas of personal injury, employment discrimination, sheriff/tax sales, real estate, wills and estates, municipal and school law. He also provides trial representation in DUI and criminal matters.
Of Counsel: Susan Evashavik currently serves as the elected District Judge for Forest Hills, Edgewood, Churchill, and Wilkins Township. She has extensive experience in the area of family law, including divorce, support, alimony, custody, equitable distribution and pre-nuptial agreements. Susan also offers legal services in the areas of wills and estates and real estate.
